When will my order ship?

All the Trailblazer Community Swag store items are made to order and will be put into production after the ordering period ends on April 16th at 11:59 PM PT. Orders will begin shipping out once all items have completed production. We expect all orders to ship by the end of May.

Can I order gift cards for these stores?

Unfortunately, gift cards for the Trailblazer Community Swag store
are not available at this time.

Does my $400 budget include shipping and tax?

Sales tax is not charged for the items sold on the Trailblazer Community store. Any additional duties, fees, or shipping taxes charged by the shipping carrier after checkout will be covered by Salesforce, and are not factored into your $400 budget. Shipping fees may apply to orders that exceed the $400 budget. See below question, "Why am I being charged for shipping?" for more information.

What is the contact information for Customer Support?

Can I provide suggestions or requests for items that I'd like to see in the store?

Let us know through our feedback form! We are always looking for ideas for new swag
and supplies and would love to hear from you.

Logging in

Do I need to create an account to place my order?

Accounts are not currently required to place your order, though we
do suggest using the same email at checkout that your swag budget code was sent to.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on the Forgot Password button
on the login page. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to
the email address associated with the account.

Ordering & Shipping

How can I modify the Shipping Method?

Shipping for your swag and supplies is available via Ground
Service only. As such, please be sure to allow yourself ample time to plan and
order what items you will need. Delivery times will vary based on location and
your distance from our fulfillment center in Indianapolis, IN. Once you've
placed your order, you'll receive shipping updates and tracking information to
the email address entered at checkout. 
International orders may take up
to 2 weeks for delivery as shipping outbound internationally requires strict
documentation to export your order.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be
sent to the email address associated with the account (or the email address
entered at checkout). When the items ship, you will receive a secondary email
with the tracking information.

What if an item is out of stock?

All Items ordered during the Trailblazer Community Swag Store
ordering period will be produced on demand at the end of the ordering period.
While we take considerable effort to offer items that are readily available
from our suppliers, should an item be unable to be produced at the end of the
ordering period, that item may be replaced with a similar product, or a refund
issued. 

When are items processed after I place the order?

All products ordered during the Trailblazer Community Swag Store will be produced
after the ordering period has ended. We expect production of all items to be
complete within 15 business days after the ordering period ends.

Is a faster shipping method possible?

Due to the increased cost of freight for expedited shipping, the
only shipping method provided is ground service. As such, please be sure to
allow yourself ample time to plan and order what items you will need.

Can I ship to an International address?

Yes, shipping is open to select countries outside of the United States based on our active Trailblazer Community members.

Why am I being charged for shipping?

Salesforce aims to cover all shipping charges, taxes, duties, and fees for orders within the $400 swag budget. For those who wish to exceed the swag budget by contributing some of their own money, additional shipping charges will be applied. These charges are applied in line with the below thresholds:

For Domestic/US orders:

Orders $0 - $414.99: Free Shipping

Orders $415 - $464.99: $15 shipping

Orders $465 and up: $30 shipping

For India orders:

Orders $0 - $414.99: Free Shipping

Orders $415 - $464.99: $37.50 shipping

Orders $465 - $514.99: $75 shipping

Orders $515 and up: $112.50 shipping

For all other international orders:

Orders $0 - $414.99: Free Shipping

Orders $415 - $464.99: $25 shipping

Orders $465 - $514.99: $50 shipping

Orders $515 and up: $75 shipping

I have been contacted by Fedex to pay additional Duties and Fees.

All duties and fees should be automatically billed to Shipper. If for any reason you are asked to pay for addtional Duties and Fees, please reach out to our Help Center before paying the fees.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the exchange/return policy?

Due to the custom nature of the items sold on the Trailblazer Community Swag store, we generally will be unable to offer returns or refunds.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please reach out through our Help Center if there are any issues with your items upon delivery. We will do our best to either re-produce the item or issue a refund or credit.

What if I need to change my order?

Once the order is placed, contact us through our Help Center if you would like to make any changes to your order. We may be unable to make changes to your order once production of items begins at the closing of the store's ordering period.
